Monthly Giving
Join our Constant Companion Program of monthly giving provides reliable revenue for recurring expenses (think utilities, payroll for highly qualified caregivers, animal-related expenses like medical supplies, special diets, etc.) that are often not covered by grants or restricted donations.
Host a
Fundraiser
Some of our supporters enjoy engaging their own networks and planning events to raise money for us. One young supporter felt the call of ingenuity for good as she organized a lemonade stand to raise money for MEHS. Once she felt the inspiration of positive action, she leveled up with a schoolwide lemonade stand as a fundraising campaign. Do you have another brilliant idea? Contact us to arrange a third party fundraiser that will leave your attendees inspired to take positive action, too!
Host a Donation Drive
Some of our supporters enjoy engaging their own networks and planning events to collect supplies for us. Learning to give back is a valuable lesson for kids to learn early. Many of our young supporters have decided to use their own birthday celebrations as a way to give back to the community through donation drives. Our older supporters have hosted office party or school donation drives.
CFC
(CFC), a giving program for federal employees and retirees, including veterans. Any federal employee who wishes to Combined Federal Campaigns. MEHS is a proud participant of the opt-in to CFC giving should contact his or her HR department and provide them with our unique CFC code #35541.
Matching Gifts
Many employers will match an employee's gift (either 50-100%) to a charitable organization. Check with your employer to see if they will match your payroll deduction as a simple means of supporting MEHS.
