As it turns out I have every thing I could possibly want or need. For the holidays I would ask that my friends and love ones make a donation to Metro East Humane Society to help all the adorable little critters I love so much.
Want to join me in supporting a good cause? This #GivingTuesday I'm raising money for Metro East Humane Society and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500.
A few months ago, Metro East Humane Society was contacted by animal control about a cat with a dislocated jaw. It had been dislocated long enough that the cat was literally starving to death. Horus is on his way to a full recovery...
MEHS is currently expanding its enrichment program, which includes play groups, puzzle toys, obedience and more. This allows the dogs to have some fun, keeps their brains stimulated, and teaches them good manners while they wait for their forever families!
I am asking for donations to cover the cost to vaccinate and microchip the NEXT 35 precious lives that will call our house their temporary home.
We are working hard to get Madison County to go No Kill. We can't do that without a community cat program. It costs around $50 to sterilized a kitty. If you could help contribute $5 or $15 that would be great so we can stop the killing and Save Then All.
Want to join me in supporting a good cause? Sophie and I are raising money for Metro East Humane Society and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500. Every little bit helps. I adopted Sophie in September 2108 from MEHS. She has made my new house a home over the past few months. I hope every family can have the joys of having a pet in their home. My goal is to give as many pets at MEHS the best holiday ever while they wait for their forever family.
Every gift you make to MEHS helps ensure Samson and other pets with special needs receive the ultimate in care every day they're at the shelter.
At MEHS, one of our programs (and the one that is most important to me) is Low Cost Vet Services. This holiday season, my goal is to raise $500, which essentially covers the $25 fee we would charge 20 low income earners in the community for spay/neuter services.
